All our listings have strict rules of no parties. We monitor all requests from potential guests, and use strict qualifying formula for the “right” kind of guests to reduce the risk of anything like this happening. We have specific ‘tailor made’ insurances for short stay accommodations. The Airbnb Host Guarantee also protects hosts up to $1,000,000 should accidents happen.

All our listings are cleaned by professional cleaners after each booking, meaning your property will always be sparkling and clean. We have a no parties, no pets and no smoking rule.  We need the property in perfect working order, so will ensure all maintenance is done in a timely manner (at the owners cost).
